My Rock and My Fortress

Of David.

1 Blessed be the Lord, my ^arock,
^bwho trains my hands for war,
and my fingers for battle;
2 he is my ^csteadfast love and my ^dfortress,
my ^estronghold and my deliverer,
my ^fshield and he in whom I take refuge,

3 O Lord, ⁱwhat is man that you ^jregard him,
or the son of man that you think of him?
4 ^kMan is like a breath;
